DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We will replace or refund(at our discretion) items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us at email@example.com and put (DAMAGED ORDER) in the subject line or call 218-234-7533.
Please include the following information:
1. The name of the item and a description of the issue.
2. The first and Last name the order was placed under.
3. If the outer box has visible damage, we would appreciate a photo of the box and the damaged product.
We will work to resolve the issue immediately.
All product is inspected before shipping and we take great care in packing. However, we recognize "things happen" between our warehouse and your home. We stand behind our product and will correct any problems. We reserve the right to no longer sell/ship to anyone we believe is abusing this policy.
Gift Cards can be used online and in-store. If you have any issues don't hesitate to contact us and we'll assist you in using your card.
