Fajita's are an American creation most likely from Texas in the late 1960s. Originally developed to season and marinate the tougher cuts of meat it was then grilled or pan fried and served with warm tortillas and a variety of toppings including salsa.
Our version is made from premium spices and is vegan as is with no added salt or sugar.
